Ceybank Unit Trust - Income and Growth Fund
Ceybank Unit Trust is an Income and Growth Fund with net assets over Rs.3,922 million as at 31st March 2010 with more than 3700 unit holders. It is the largest Unit Trust fund (Income and Growth) in the country. Ceybank Unit Trust was launched in March 1992 with the objective of providing a regular dividend income to the investors, while balancing risk with reward to achieve a reasonable rate of return.

The objective of Ceybank Unit Trust Fund is to provide reasonable capital growth in medium to long term along with a regular stream of dividends to the unit holders. The Fund maintains a strategic allocation to equity of 60% and 40% allocation to higher interest yielding fixed income securities. Nevertheless, Tactical shifts of funds are made to and from equity according to short to medium term market outlook.
Ceybank Century Growth Fund - Equity Fund
Ceybank Century Growth Fund was the second unit trust launched by CAML with the objective of providing a high growth in the medium to long term taking a higher level of risk. The funds of Ceybank Century Growth Fund will be invested mainly in listed shares and will be diversified across economic sector.
The diversified portfolio of stocks held by the Fund is backed by strong fundamentals. Emphasis on large market capitalized blue chips has included flexibility to the Fund in trading under volatile market conditions. The beta of equity portfolio of the Fund is higher than 1.0.
Ceybank Century Growth Fund has achieved a commendable performance within a short time span of ten years since its close of fixed offer in January 1997.
