The following documents and actions are required to register and invest in Ceybank Funds
1.Choose Your Application Method
- 🔹 Online: Register and complete your application through the Ceybank online portal
- 🔹 Physical: Download and complete the application form to submit in person. Download
- 🔹 Copy of NIC or Passport
- 🔹 For minors: Birth Certificate and NIC/Passport of guardian
- 🔹 Proof of residence (if different from the NIC address)
- 🔹 Proof of bank account
- 🔹 Online: Upload the completed form and documents via the portal.
- 🔹 Physical: Submit to:

Open a Ceybank Fund Account
Complete an application form for each fund you choose
(To download the application, simply press the ”Download” button)
Include:
- NIC or Passport copy
- Birth Certificate + NIC/Passport of guardian (for minors)
- Submit to: Ceybank Asset Management Ltd, 85 York Street, Colombo 01
Make a Payment
- Direct Transfer to Bank of Ceylon, Account No. 8223
- Deposit Cash at any BOC branch & forward the deposit slip to us or upload from the portal.
- Deposit Cheque Payable to Ceybank Asset Management Ltd and forward it to us
- Include reference (ie: NIC no.) in deposit slip or Transfer.
- Once the transfer is completed, investors may submit their Investment Form either online through our portal (portal link) or physically at our office.

Foreign Investors
Investing in Ceybank Unit Trusts
Foreign Investors are required to invest through an Inward Investment Account (IIA) with a licensed commercial bank in Sri Lanka (BOC recommended). This allows foreign investors to repatriate monies to their home country.
To Register:
- (Setp 1) Open a Ceybank Fund Account – download and complete an application form and register with us (download)
- (Setp 2)Provide following Documents:
- Passport copy
- Birth Certificate + Passport of guardian (for minors)
- Copy of valid Visa/permit
- Proof of Bank Account
- (Setp 3)Submit to: Ceybank Asset Management Ltd, 85 York Street, Colombo 01
Include:
- NIC or Passport copy
- Birth Certificate + NIC/Passport of guardian (for minors)
- Submit to: Ceybank Asset Management Ltd, 85 York Street, Colombo 01
Make a Payment
- Instruct Bank that holds the Inward Investment Account (IIA) to transfer to Bank of Ceylon, Account No. 8223
- Complete the Investment Form, submit it to us, and notify Ceybank of the transfer.
- Once the transfer is completed, investors may submit their Investment Form either online through our portal (portal link) or physically at our office.
CORPORATE
CORPORATE INVESTORS
- Register and open an account with Ceybank- download and complete an application form and register with us
- Provide required documents as mentioned in the Corporate KYC Form
- Submit to Ceybank Asset Management Ltd, 85 York Street, Colombo 01 or email to us
Make a Payment
- Transfer funds and inform Ceybank. of the transfer.
- Once the transfer is completed, investors may submit their Investment Form either online through our portal (portal link) or physically at our office.
